Here are the most common questions about Wrebbit Puzzles.  Should you have other questions, please go to our Contact Us page.

It’s easy. Wrebbit3DTM puzzles are offered in over 50 countries.

Canadian and American residents can click on this link to find a list of retailers close to where they live.

To find a retailer in other countries, select the name of your country and send an e-mail to the corresponding address to find out where Wrebbit3DTM puzzles are sold closest.

Prior to the packaging process, puzzle pieces form a large flat whose sections hold together thanks to red-dotted pieces. Red-dotted pieces ARE NOT PART of your puzzle.

They should be set aside until your Wrebbit3DTM puzzle is completely assembled as you may have inadvertently put aside a good puzzle piece. Once you have finished assembling your puzzle, you may discard all red-dotted pieces.

Once you have checked all your red-dotted pieces, Wrebbit Puzzles inc.(or its local distributor/representative) will send you any missing pieces.

On our Web site:

Go to the “Missing pieces” section. Complete a form with your name, address, area code and phone number. Follow the instructions to identify the piece(s) missing on your model and fill in the corresponding number(s) in the form. Depending on your address and country of residence, please allow two to four weeks for processing.

By regular mail:

Send us a photocopy of page 2 of the assembly instructions leaflet on which you have circled any missing piece(s). Write down your name, address, area code and phone number. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.
